The episode starts with the servant preparing the dinner table and discussing about Shiv marrying Surili going against Rani Sahiba. Shiv brings Surili who dressed up in Western clothes. Saam compliments Surili's look which different from what they usually wear in the Palace. Maan addresses Surili as sister-in-law. Surili asks him to call her by her name. Maan says that this is the tradition of the Palace and moreover he waited longtime to call someone sister-in-law. Shiv asks the head of the servants to clean his room which is messy and assures that soon everyone accepts Surili soon.

Shiv says to Raghu that he wants to talk to him after dinner. Shiv stops Surili from sitting in Rani Sahiba's chair. Surili is surprised to know that everyone has a fixed place in the dinning table. Saam tells Surili who is sit in which chair. He says that Raghu has to sacrifice his chair which is next to Shiv as Surili has come now. Surili says that she's flexible and can sit anywhere. But Raghu urges Surili to sit in his chair.

Everyone sits to have dinner. Shiv asks where Rani Sahiba and learns that she didn't come downstairs yet. Surili asks Shiv to convince Rani Sahiba to have food. Shiv asks the head of the servant to send Rani Sahiba's food to her room. Shiv and Surili go to Rani Sahiba's room. Shiv knocks the room door asking to speak to her. Rani Sahiba asks Shiv to come in. Surili asks Shiv to go in while she waits outside as she doesn't want to come between while mom and son talking.

Shiv is surprised to know that Rani Sahiba had the food in her room. Rani Sahiba makes it clear that she won't accept Surili and she won't fall weak after him marrying Surili. Shiv says that he chose not only a daughter-in-law for her, but also a wife for himself. Rani Sahiba reminds Shiv that she already chose a daughter-in-law for her, but Shiv dared to go against her and marry Surili and bring her to the palace. Shiv requests Rani Sahiba not to speak ill of Surili. Rani Sahiba asks Shiv to leave and not to waste both of their time.

Rani Sahiba angrily walks out slamming the door which makes Surili stumble. Surili prevents the antique piece from falling. Rani Sahiba sees Surili's clothes. She accuses Surili of overhearing their conversation and says that she feels pity on Shiv's choice. Rani Sahiba asks Surili to leave as she won't afford the cost of the antique piece if she has broken it. Surili calls Rani Sahiba mom. The latter asks Surili to call her Rani Sahiba. Surili admits that she knows the value of the antique piece. She refuses to leave the house as she loves Shiv. Rani Sahiba mocks Surili and challenges that she won't be able to survive in this palace for even 20 days. Shiv reassures Surili by saying that no one can separate them. Surili goes to the room by saying that she wants to rest.

Rani Sahiba goes to Samar. The latter asks if Shiv has got good welcome. Rani Sahiba asks Samar what he is still doing here. Samar says that Rani Sahiba asked him to wait. He says that his mom adviced to obey elder's words with questioning. Rani Sahiba asks Samar's ne. Samar explains the two meaning of his ne in hindi which is war and result. Rani Sahiba asks Veera to arrange the dinner for Samar. But Samar says that he only wants water. Veera leaves to get water.

Rani Sahiba praises the upbringing that Samar's mom gave him. She asks if her mom also taught him to poke his nose in other's personal life. She asks Samar how he got the pictures of Shiv getting stabbed and why he is interested to get the criminal arrested. Samar says that there's his own benefit. He says that he lost his mom in his young age and he doesn't have family, so he searches for his family in other's family. He praises his mom's beauty. He says that he knows what a mom goes through if her children get hurt. He says that he read the pain for Shiv in her eyes. Rani Sahiba is surprised that Samar knows her better with their first meeting. Samar says that he saw her on TV.

Rani Sahiba asks Samar about his father. Samar says that he lost his mom because of his father and he lost his father even before losing his mom. He says that his childhood was full of tragedy. Rani Sahiba says that her office will contact him to talk about deal. She leaves. Samar thanks Rani Sahiba.

The episode ends.

Preacap: Madhu and Rani Sahiba argue. Rani Sahiba assures Madhu that she didn't accept Surili and Shiv's wedding and promises Madhu to keep her promise. Surili and Shiv argue. Rani Sahiba watches this.
